🐦 We market for you! Photo, video, FB & IG Stories, Posts, Emails, and Paid Ads!
🐦 Climate controlled spaces.
🐦 Window spaces available with high drive-by traffic and red light in front.
🐦 We offer a very popular 90-day interest-free payment option on purchases over $300 for your shoppers.
🐦 Daily shoppers from Tyler, Lindale, Hideaway, Hideaway Lake, Mineola, Longview, and all surrounding areas!
🐦 We do NOT require you to work at the store.
🐦 Initial agreement is for 3 months, self-renewing month-to-month thereafter.
🐦 First month and deposit equal to one month's rent due at time of signing. Deposit to be used towards last month's rent. Vendor must keep a credit card on file for rent payments.
🐦 We charge 10% commission on all booth sales to offset credit card fees, lights, A/C, heat, advertising, and accounting.
🐦 Blue Bird Consignment has the business license, so vendors don't need one.
🐦 We collect and remit all county, city and state sales taxes for you.
🐦 Open Tues-Fri 11am-6pm, Saturday 11am-3pm
🐦 Vendor sales are tallied from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. Vendor payments are mailed once/month by the 10th.
